Back in 2019, the Restaurant Leadership Conference theme was “Disruption.” Little did the industry know just how much disruption was to come in 2020. Given all of the struggles and uncertainties, the driving force of the restaurant industry remains its passionate, forward-thinking entrepreneurs and employees. COVID-19 was the ultimate disruptor that no one could have ever anticipated, but with it came the opportunity to innovate and streamline operations.
