What a week. I think the most common phrase I heard all week is “This is crazy." Never have we seen such a situation impact our industry so greatly as COVID-19. Many of you have had to make some heart-wrenching decisions this week to lay off your employees and whether to stay open for delivery/carryout or simply close for the overall health of the business and your employees. Restauranteurs are passionate people and care about their employees and customers greatly.

We know you have been overloaded with information on pending legislation, how to preserve cash and handling the mass layoff of employees. Below, we summarize the information made available to you this past week as you continue to strategize on next steps and keep current with the ever-changing conditions.
