What a week. I think the most common phrase I heard all week is “This is crazy." Never have we seen such a situation impact our industry so greatly as COVID-19. Many of you have had to make some heart-wrenching decisions this week to lay off your employees and whether to stay open for delivery/carryout or simply close for the overall health of the business and your employees.
