The Restaurant Revitalization Fund application process came to a halt late last month due to funding far exceeding the $28.6 billion allocated toward the program. If you applied for the grant, you may be in a holding pattern to determine whether you will be approved. For those who do receive a grant, the National Restaurant Association compiled a guide for applicants to track and administer grants to be in compliance with the program, along with an expense tracker to help facilitate how the funds are spent on eligible expenses.
Recently, Senate Bill 108 was passed to provide funding to Ohio bars and restaurants impacted by the pandemic. Grants will be awarded based on factors including demonstrated loss of revenue and number of employees.
